Description:

Codoxo is seeking experienced candidates for the position of remote Marketing Intern.  This individual will primarily focus on managing the company’s industry tradeshows and events.  This is a part-time Summer Internship for 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities include:

•            End-to-end project management of events and tradeshows
•            Proactively managing timelines, deliverables, and tasks
•            Working with internal and external stakeholders including show contacts, internal teams, vendors, etc.
•            Registering staff, securing hotel reservations, and ensuring accommodations
•            Handling all event logistics, including material and handling, shipping, booth furnishings, internet, giveaways, etc.
•            Managing networking functions and meetings
•            Managing event communication plan and schedule
•            Internal communications and preparation planning
•            Support marketing team on the daily marketing activities

 

Requirements:

• Junior or Senior level student enrolled in a marketing program on track to graduate with a marketing degree.
  
• Basic knowledge of marketing strategies, including messaging, branding, and communications
  
• Strong organization and project management skills
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation software
