Position Summary:

Codoxo is looking for a Technical Program Manager who will primarily serve as a Scrum Master across multiple concurrent engineering teams. This role is responsible for driving Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery, while also contributing broader TPM support such as cross-team coordination, dependency management, and reporting to product leadership.

This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives on facilitation, process discipline, and helping engineering teams move fast without sacrificing quality - especially in a mission-driven, healthcare-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as Scrum Master for multiple concurrent Agile teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Identify, track, and remove impediments blocking team velocity and delivery
  • Coach teams and product owners on Agile/Scrum best practices, continuously improving team maturity and process efficiency
  • Maintain and manage Jira boards, sprint metrics, burndown charts, and reporting dashboards
  • Partner with Product and Engineering leads to manage cross-team dependencies and program-level roadmaps
  • Communicate program status, risks, and timelines to the Head of Product and other stakeholders
  • Leverage tools like Confluence for documentation and Claude Code to support technical workflows and team enablement
  • Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across teams

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or TPM in a software/technology environment
  • SAFe Scrum Master, PMP, or PMI-ACP certification
  • Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies across multiple concurrent teams
  • Strong proficiency with Jira and Confluence
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work onsite/hybrid in Atlanta, GA
  • Remote Work Requirements: To ensure reliable performance on the company-issued CODOXO laptop, employees working remotely must have a stable high-speed internet connection. Internet performance should be measured using a speed test conducted directly on the CODOXO laptop, not based solely on the internet plan purchased from the provider.
  • Physical Requirements: Work is performed in an office environment (either in our office or work-from home) and requires the ability to work on a computer, operate standard office equipment, and work at a desk.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or payer/provider environments
  • Familiarity with AI/ML-driven product development cycles
  • Experience using Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools
