Position Summary:
As a Client Implementation Director, you are responsible for helping our clients quickly and effectively derive maximum value from Codoxo’s solutions. You will be responsible for managing projects by planning, scoping, and managing deliverables, including resolving risks/issues, and manage project changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage project plans and resources to deliver maximum value to our healthcare clients as they implement breakthrough AI across their payment integrity operations.
- Ensures projects meet business needs and that the project team and stakeholders understand the project deliverables, scope, and timelines
- Manages Risk Management plan to identify, document, define mitigation plans, track, escalate, and resolve project risks, issues, barriers, and dependencies
- Manages change requests and modifications to the project plan
- Facilitates weekly project meetings (internal and external), monthly program reviews and quarterly executive business reviews with both Codoxo and Client stakeholders
- Identifies process improvements, collaborate with stakeholders on resolutions, and implements solutions
- Demonstrates proficiency in tactfully communicating with all levels of leadership
- Up to 30% travel to client sites
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in enterprise healthcare technologies
- Expertise in designing and implementing modern program and project management methodologies and tools
- At least 3+ years of experience as the lead program or project management role in complex enterprise software at one or more large enterprise client
- Ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and client teams
- Ability to prioritize workflow and manage allocated tasks independently
- Superior problem-solving experience in identifying, researching, and coordinating the resources necessary to effectively troubleshoot/diagnose complex issues; prior success extracting/translating findings into alternatives/solutions; and identifying risks/impacts and schedule adjustments to facilitate management decision-making.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and customer engagement skills. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills applicable to a broad audience, including senior and executive management, customers, etc., including diction/terminology and presenting information in a concise and effective manner to clients, management, and various departments
- Strong knowledge of healthcare claims data, data mapping, data health integrity (accuracy, completeness, quality)
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Expereince with JIRA and Confluence
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or knowledge of the Payment Integrity or FWA (fraud, waste and abuse) industry strongly preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain appropriately detail oriented
- Independent thinker and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication, professional writing, and presentation skills
- Possess the following skills: communication, time management, problem-solving, and relationship-building
- Excellent interpersonal skills working with colleagues and other departments
- Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills
- Experience with implementation software or other tools
