Position Summary:
We're hiring a Strategic Growth Director to join our payer team and lead large-scale transformation sales cycles with national and regional payers. This role is not traditional enterprise sales—it's about leading a multi-year vision for operational change, working side-by-side with client executives to build roadmaps, shape delivery, and structure commercial partnerships.
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role designed for someone who’s already sat in the C-suite with payers and knows how to guide a customer through ambiguity. You’ll work directly with Codoxo’s CRO and CEO, and be a key commercial architect for our next growth chapter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead payer relationships from initial conversations through multi-year commercial partnerships
- Co-create transformation roadmaps with internal Codoxo leaders and payer executives
- Structure value-based commercial proposals tailored to customer maturity
- Serve as a trusted advisor and executive sponsor on key accounts
- Partner with our product and delivery teams to ensure success and scale
Qualifications:
- 4+ years at McKinsey, Bain, or BCG or a similar organization with focus on payer, healthcare services, or operations transformation preferred
- Experience leading large-scale cost containment or digital transformation initiatives inside health plans
- Deep comfort working with C-level decision-makers (COO, CFO, CIO, EVP Ops)
- Experience translating complex roadmaps into commercial structures (shared savings, platform fees, multi-year engagements)
- Bonus: Exposure to payment integrity, SIU/FWA, analytics, care management, or provider network operations
- Physical Requirements: Work is performed in an office environment (either in our office or work-from home) and requires the ability to work on a computer, operate standard office equipment, and work at a desk.
