Position Summary:
Codoxo is seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to serve as a strategic leader across marketing operations, brand management, digital, demand generation, event execution, and sales enablement. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, this role requires a seasoned marketer with 5–7+ years of experience driving high-impact marketing initiatives, managing complex programs, and shaping a cohesive brand narrative across all channels.
The ideal candidate combines strategic planning, creative excellence, marketing operations proficiency, and cross-functional leadership to amplify Codoxo’s voice in the market. This individual thrives in dynamic environments, owns major initiatives from concept to execution, and leverages analytics to optimize performance and drive measurable pipeline impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation & CRM Operations
- Manage marketing automation platforms
- Create emails, landing pages, and forms within the marketing automation ecosystem
- Execute email campaigns from conception to delivery, including content writing, creation and list management
- Partner with Sales to maintain CRM alignment and support revenue operations.
- Social Media Strategy & Content Development
- Build and manage editorial calendars that support brand priorities and campaign objectives.
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, and community channels.
- Website & Digital Content
- Manage and update website content including blogs, press releases, and leadership pages
- Lead the design, development, and execution of microsites and website redesigns
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital properties
Event Marketing & Experiential Branding
- Lead the planning and execution of tradeshows, conferences, customer events, and community experiences.
- Oversee logistics, booth design, on-site branding, vendor management, registration, giveaways, and follow-up strategies.
- Coordinate networking events including venue selection, menu planning, and collateral creation
- Support customer and community events with high-quality branded materials, presentations, and digital assets.
Community Management
Brand Management & Community Identity
- Manage content calendars and create compelling organic content, including video, graphics, and storytelling posts.
- Help support planning for the AI Summit including communications, outreach, branding, messaging, etc. .
Website & Digital Content
- Manage AI for PI website and content areas, including Summit pages, speaker profiles, and community updates.
- Lead microsite development, updates, and redesigns specific to community initiatives.
- Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect consistent brand identity.
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years of progressively responsible experience in B2B marketing, including lead generation, integrated campaign management, event strategy, sales enablement, and content development.
- Design experience a plus
- Demonstrated success owning end-to-end marketing programs that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

- Physical Requirements: Work is performed in an office environment (either in our office or work-from home) and requires the ability to work on a computer, operate standard office equipment, and work at a desk.
