Position Summary: 

Codoxo is seeking a talented and motivated Technical Operation Engineer to join our Platform Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for running AI analytical reports, monitoring automation scripts, managing AWS infrastructure, and collaborating with our development team to maintain and improve the platform's performance and reliability. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Run AI Analytical Reports:
    1. Execute pre-built AI analytical reports and scripts using AWS Airflow to provide actionable insights.
  1. Error Monitoring and Escalation:
    1. Monitor scripts and system processes for any errors, and escalate issues to the development team for timely resolution.
  1. Automation Script Execution:
    1. Run and manage automation scripts for data loading and processing tasks, ensuring the successful completion of workflows.
  1. Query Execution in Product Environment:
    1. Execute complex SQL and NoSQL queries within the product environment to retrieve, analyze, and report on key data points.
  1. AWS Infrastructure Monitoring:
    1. Use AWS tools like CloudWatch and CloudTrail to monitor platform health, performance, and security.
    2. Identify potential infrastructure issues and initiate escalation to appropriate teams.
  1. AWS QuickSight Report Creation:
    1. Design and create new reports in AWS QuickSight to visualize and communicate key platform metrics and data analytics to internal stakeholders.

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with AWS Services: Hands-on experience with AWS Airflow, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, S3, Lambda, and QuickSight.
  • Automation Skills: Proficiency in executing and monitoring automation scripts, with familiarity in Python or other scripting languages.
  • SQL Proficiency: Strong ability to write and execute complex SQL queries.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitoring Tools: Experience in using monitoring tools and dashboards to track infrastructure and application performance.

 

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years of experience
  • AWS certification.
  • Familiarity with big data environments, data lakes, and ETL processes.
  • Prior experience in a technical operation role within a SaaS platform or similar environment.
  • Experience working with or supporting AI/ML pipelines.
  • Experience working with or supporting Bitbucket pipelines.
  • Physical Requirements: Work is performed in an office environment (either in our office or work-from home) and requires the ability to work on a computer, operate standard office equipment, and work at a desk.
