Nalu is seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Director, Product Management. The ideal candidate must have a strong technical background in medical devices, preferably in neuromodulation and interventional pain. The individual will report directly to the Chief Market Development & Strategy Officer and lead the upstream marketing and product development functions. This is a hybrid role (remote and in-office); the ideal candidate must be willing and able to travel the the Corporate Office on a regular basis.


         *Conduct ongoing market assessment and development of the Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) and Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) markets

         *Develop and execute strategic product marketing plans

         *WRepresent the voice of the customer in the development of the product roadmap and any product related activities

         *Support achievement of commercial goals

         *Develop and manage budgets and operate within stated company policies and procedures

         *Develop product launch plans and support product launches

*L    *Lead Technical Support function

         *Manage upstream marketing team

         *Work closely with R&D team and develop detailed product mix and forecasts to support the commercial plan

         *Support the initial and on-going education of the field team

         *Work with the sales and management teams to identify product & marketing needs for new and existing customers

         *Build strong clinical relationships with target customers and thought leaders

         *Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required, to promote our products and services


·         *Minimum of 10 years of directly relevant work experience, preferably within the neuromodulation or interventional pain fields

·         *Minimum of 5 years of people management experience

       *Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Engineering field; MBA degree or equivalent desired 

·         *Demonstrated and documented success in previous roles; including impactful management of marketing functions and personnel

·         *Ability to think strategically and execute independently

·         *Ability to communicate effectively amongst multiple teams and team members

·         *Ability to travel at a minimum of 30%
