Nalu is seeking a motivated, self-starting, dynamic individual to be an integral part of our Sales Operations functions.  The Sr. Sales Ops Analyst will focus on supporting the field sales organization with pricing proposal preparation and analysis and transforming data from various systems into easy to use and relevant Finance and Sales datasets, and reports, to provide business insights.  The ideal candidate will be process minded and have a wide business understanding that aids in the successful execution of strategic initiatives. The position reports to the Sales Operations Manager.    


·         Develop strong working relationships with the field sales team to align on processes as well as the various IT systems to assure operational success

·         Create consistent, accurate and timely commercial reporting for various stakeholders in the Sales organization and Nalu management team; examples include: daily sales, sales forecast, regional metrics, sales rep performance, monthly commissions and a suite of commercial KPIs

·         Assist in the automation of data compilation and reporting from our ERP and CRM tools (e.g. NetSuite, Welkin and Power BI)

·         Maintains comprehensive digital pricing & contract catalog to ensure all information is readily available

·         Generate and review short and long-term forecast

·         Work with field sales team on pricing requests and strategy

·         Review and monitor data integrity in systems and records- physician, sales rep and territory assignment records, pricing and contract repository

·         Assist field sales org with pricing proposals and analysis and management of pricing approvals and special programs including rebate administration

·         Create repeatable, efficient, and scalable processes

·         Provides support for commissions design and distribution

·         Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Sales on large contracts


·         Bachelors degree in business or finance related field

·         Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis role

·         Strong communication skills to work effectively with the sales organization

·         Ability to navigate multiple systems, understand data sources and hierarchy and compile and report business metrics

·         Strong analytical skills with ability to understand and navigate around complex issues

·         Expertise in systems and tools - ERP (NetSuite), Productivity tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)
