The position of Product Manager will report to the Director of Product Management and support all matters related to both upstream marketing and product development.


•        Assist in the ongoing market assessment and development of the Peripheral Nerve Stimulation (PNS) and Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS) markets

•        Execute strategic product marketing plans

•        Support achievement of commercial goals

•        Help develop product launch plans and support product launches

•        Help develop detailed product mix and forecasts to support the commercial plan

•        Support the initial and on-going education of the field team

•        Work with the sales and management teams to identify product & marketing needs for new and existing customers

•        Represent the voice of the customer while working with research and development to align product needs and timing of deliverables

•        Build strong clinical relationships with target customers and thought leaders

•        Attend meetings, conferences and exhibitions as required, to promote our products and services

•        Maintain high standards of personal presentation and promote a professional personal and company image


·         Minimum of 5 years successful medical device experience, preferably within the neuromodulation or interventional pain fields

·         Demonstrated and documented success in previous roles; including impactful management of marketing functions

·         Ability to think strategically and execute independently

·         Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or commensurate relative work experience, MBA or equivalent desired

·         Ability to communicate effectively amongst multiple teams and team members

·         Able and willing to meet travel requirement of 25% max
