The Loan Closer is responsible for preparing and reviewing closing documents, coordinating with all parties involved in the mortgage transaction, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines. This role plays a vital part in delivering a smooth and timely closing experience for our borrowers.

Skills/Qualifications
- Thorough knowledge of Conventional, FHA, VA and USDA mortgage loan closing documentation requirements
- Thorough knowledge of RESPA guidelines
- Intermediate to advanced communication skills, written and verbal • Experience with title commitments, contracts, surveys and closing documents
- Experience with TRID approval and funding process
- Strong organizational skills • Excellent oral communication and writing skills
- Strong analytical and decision making skills
- Must be motivated self-start and adapt to changing environment
RECENT MORTGAGE CLOSING AND FUNDING EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. We offer a competitive compensation package plus benefits
