We are searching for qualified mortgage loan originator's to guide customers through our mortgage application process, making their experience run as smoothly as possible. The loan officer will meet with clients to understand their goals and recommend plans that best fit their needs. The loan officer will gather and evaluate all necessary financial information, submit applications, and provide updates throughout the process.
Role & Responsibilities
As a Mortgage Loan Originator, you will:
- Guide clients through the mortgage process, from application to closing.
- Assess financial information to determine the best loan products for each client.
- Gather, review, and submit required documentation.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, real estate agents, and underwriting teams.
- Stay informed on lending products, industry regulations, and market trends.
- Build and maintain relationships to grow your client base.
Qualifications
- Active NMLS license (required).
- Proven experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of loan products, guidelines, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively.
