THE ROLE

The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for creating, shooting, editing, and posting high-quality short-form video, photo, and graphic content across Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social media platforms to support Century 21 NYC's brand presence and drive customer engagement and store visits. Serves as the day-to-day steward of the Company's social voice, working the sales floor to find and produce content, briefing agencies, creators, and the graphic designer, and managing the community across social channels. Keeps a single master calendar honest across owned content, agency content streams, and creator posts, ensuring everything lands in the right order on the right days. This is a hands-on production role suited to someone who lives on TikTok and Reels, understands current platform trends, and can turn what is on the sales floor into content that is timely, professional, and on-brand.
