Job Overview

We’re looking for outgoing, energetic, and engaging Street Team Ambassadors to represent Century 21 NYC in high-foot-traffic areas. As a brand ambassador, you will interact with pedestrians, educate them about Century 21 NYC, and encourage them to redeem special coupons in-store.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with passersby in designated areas to promote Century 21 NYC.

• Distribute promotional materials, including coupons and flyers.

• Educate potential customers about Century 21 NYC’s offerings and the benefits of shopping in-store.

• Answer basic questions about store location, promotions, and brand history.

• Drive foot traffic to the store by creating excitement and urgency around limited-time deals.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing the brand.

• Track and report key interactions, feedback, and redemptions to the marketing team.

• Outgoing and personable: You thrive on engaging with people and sparking conversations.

• Strong communication skills: Comfortable speaking to diverse audiences and promoting a brand.

• Enthusiastic and energetic: Passion for retail and customer engagement.

• Reliable and punctual: Must be able to commit to scheduled shifts.

• Sales-driven mindset: Able to persuade and influence people to visit the store.

• Previous experience in street marketing, brand ambassador roles, or sales is a plus.
