Role Description
VIOLET GREY is seeking a full-time Store Manager for its East Hampton location. This on-site role involves overseeing all store operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales to meet performance goals. The Store Manager will ensure customer satisfaction through personalized experiences, manage a team of retail associates, and ensure best practices in retail loss prevention while upholding VIOLET GREY's luxury brand standards. The position also requires maintaining an inspiring and well-organized store environment that reflects the company’s values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience within the beauty industry (luxury preferred).
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Demonstrated experience in coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret sales data and drive performance strategies.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and luxury client service.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
