From large-scale, always-on influencer programs to custom campaigns featuring creators, athletes, celebrities and entertainment talent, our team manages strategy, talent, content and campaign execution from start to finish.

 

About the Role

Infinity Marketing Team (IMT) is seeking an Influencer Coordinator to join our growing Influencer & Talent Marketing team.

 

The Influencer Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution of high-volume influencer and talent programs, helping manage campaigns from talent research and vetting through contracting, content approvals, posting, payment and closeout.

 

Working closely with the Account Manager, this role will manage assigned talent relationships and campaign details, ensuring deliverables stay organized, deadlines are met and issues are proactively identified and escalated when needed.

 

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable managing a high volume of talent, timelines and moving pieces at once.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and vet influencers and creators based on campaign strategy, client criteria, audience fit and brand alignment.
  • Support talent outreach, onboarding and contracting, and manage day-to-day communication with assigned talent once deal terms and deliverables are established.
  • Manage campaign execution across creative briefs, content submissions, client feedback, revisions, approvals, posting schedules and final deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate campaign trackers, timelines, talent statuses, contracts, assets and other project documentation across a high volume of talent.
  • Coordinate across Account, Legal, Production, Finance and Creative to ensure campaign needs, approvals, contracting and payments stay on track.
  • Support client and internal meetings, presentations, talent recommendations, status updates and campaign reporting.
  • Track talent invoices, payment documentation and contracted requirements, supporting campaign reconciliation and closeout.
  • Proactively identify missed deadlines, communication challenges, scope changes or other risks and escalate to the Account Manager as needed.

 

 

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, account coordination, social media, advertising or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch and the broader creator landscape.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and project-management skills.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of talent, deliverables and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through and ability to proactively identify potential issues.
  • Comfortable communicating directly with influencers, creators, talent managers and agents.
  • Experience with influencer contracting, content approvals, usage rights and payment workflows preferred.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets and Slides.
  • Collaborative, proactive and comfortable working across multiple internal teams.
  • Los Angeles-based and available for a hybrid schedule, with limited travel and occasional evening/weekend work as needed.
