Job Requirements 

● Bachelor’s Degree 

 

● A minimum of 8 years of agency experience in experiential marketing with at least 4 years of experience leading a client account 

● Capable of managing a full team of direct reports (4-6) and multiple projects simultaneously ranging from $3M - $15M. 

 

● Self-Motivated, highly organized, and strong communication skills 

● Capable of driving brainstorms, internal and external meetings 

● Can oversee project teams consisting of 10-20 people 

● Strong understanding of production and creative elements to communicate to clients 

● Adept at problem solving and resolving conflicts 

● Results oriented with a team-first attitude 

● Must be flexible with change and comfortable in a fast paced environment 

● Must be proficient in Microsoft & Google Suites 

● Must be willing to work evenings and weekends when necessary 

● Ability to foster a collaborative environment for all departments (Creative, Innovation, Accounts, Production, Finance) 

● Experience working with Fortune 500 brands 

● Proficient in experiential, social, and brand campaign trends in pop culture, online culture, tech, and sports niches 

● Experience leading IAT workstream for client brands 

● Ability to think big picture strategy and be a thought partner for client 

● Foster strong client relationships, increase organic growth, and maintain revenue goals 

● Ability to manage up and be a strong voice in the room with leadership 

● Ability to travel up to 30% of the year, may fluctuate year to year 

● Hybrid work model (M-W in office, Thurs-Fri remote) 

Responsibilities 

● Account Management ○ Overseeing client/Internal procurement processes and reporting 

○ Fostering ongoing client relationships for organic or new business growth 

○ Supporting with ongoing training and mentorship for department knowledge 

○ Identifying areas for growth opportunities 

○ Managing client business to meet or exceed revenue goals 

○ Be a strategic thought partner for the clients 

● Project Management ○ Acting as the main client POC from project start to completion by facilitating calls, capturing client needs and expectations, and liaising between client and project team 

○ Leading the development and execution of a project by overseeing scheduling, staffing, project timelines, managing the project scope, forecasting deadlines and deliverables, and appropriately delegating to project workstreams 

○ Ensuring agendas, decks, and deliverables are maintained throughout the project lifecycle 

○ Driving and managing a collaborative team to ensure all workstreams are accountable in their deliverables and client needs are met 

○ Delegating efficiently across all workstreams 

○ Overseeing and supporting in budget creation and maintenance 

○ Maintaining big picture lens on program to maintain client priorities are met 

● Experience or knowledge in various work streams including but not limited to:

○ Brand strategy 

○ Creative development 

○ Internal, external, and onsite staffing 

○ Talent / influencer vetting and management (a plus) 

○ Budget building and maintenance 

○ Various experiential lanes:
