Production Coordinator 

Location: LA-based preferred, hybrid schedule with office hours in Culver City, CA (Mon–Wed)

We’re seeking a Production Coordinator who’s detail-obsessed, deadline-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You’re proactive, organized, and have a natural ability to keep things moving behind the scenes—on budget and on time. You don’t just support projects—you own your lane and contribute to the whole. 

Top Qualities 

• Project Management & Budget Support 
• Build meeting agendas and recap notes promptly (within 24 and 2 hours, respectively) 
• Set up and maintain project docs (Google Drive, Workbacks, Task Lists, Vendor Trackers) 
• Use tools like Monday.com and Slack to track progress and timelines 
• Create POs, submit invoices, track payments, and ensure proper expense coding 
• Support team members with expense reports as needed 

Additional Responsibilities 

• Source project needs: furniture, uniforms, fabricated assets, crafty, and more 
• Coordinate vendor deliverables, briefs, and payments 
• Assist in managing physical and digital assets across multiple markets 
• Independently handle elements like: 
• Premiums & rentals 
• Brand ambassadors & uniforms 
• Hotel blocks, travel itineraries, registration 
• Talent vetting, MiFis, F&B, shipping 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
• Excellent communication, writing, and time-management skills 
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable 
• Proficient in Google & Microsoft Suites 
• Experience with project management tools is a plus (e.g. Monday.com) 
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work evenings/weekends when needed
