Role Responsibilities:

  • Source prospective talent using a variety of search methods to build a robust talent pipeline

  • Research as needed (industry, tools, talent needs, etc.)

  • Screen prospective talent by reviewing their social & streaming channels

  • Work to identify and implement innovative and proactive recruitment strategies to attract talent at all levels

  • Manage, maintain, & organize outreach pipeline 

  • Assist in the scheduling of new Talent with the Director of Talent for initial consultation

  • Assist with other outreach initiatives


You Have:

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Networking skills with the ability to build talent pools and support the outreach process

  • Extraordinary organizational skills, multitasking skills, and remain detail-oriented at all times

  • Proficiency in google apps (drive, docs, sheets, etc.)

  • A self-starter attitude and can work unsupervised

  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

  • 1-2 years of recruiting/talent acquisition experience preferred

Salary & Hours: 

  • Part-time

    • 20 hours a week

  • Salary

    • $18 - $24 per hour.
