Role Responsibilities:

  • Support our Talent Managers in anything and everything related to their talent, including (but not limited to) overseeing rosters when a talent manager is out of office, managing brand deliverables, and ad-hoc requests, with the goal of keeping Talent and Talent Managers organized and informed.

  • Research and inform Talent Management team on industry trends and news, platform updates, and anything else related to the gaming, talent management, talent agency, the content creator economy, and ad-hoc requests.

  • Assist the Talent Management department in identifying and researching prospective creators we should work with.

  • Monitor our talent’s inboxes to help flag and prioritize incoming offers and opportunities that the team should quickly act on, and manage all non-paid opportunities including game key requests, interview requests, and other random requests the talent is interested in 

  • Work with the Campaign Manager and Talent to ensure smooth execution of brand deliverables including updating Talent on their upcoming due dates, ensuring they have everything they need, and communicating any issues with the Talent Manager and Campaign Manager.


You Have:

  • Vast knowledge of the content creation ecosystem on platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Tiktok, Twitter, and Instagram.

  • Expertise in the content creator industry and ability to detect upcoming trends

  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively to both external and internal stakeholders

  • 1+ years of experience working directly with talent and influencers through a variety of different projects.

  • Extraordinary organizational skills, multitasking skills, and remain detail-oriented at all times

    • 40 hours a week

    • $18-22 per hour based on Experience
