About the Role

BDIPlus is looking for Senior Data Engineers who thrive on solving complex data challenges.

You'll build highly scalable, event-driven data pipelines powering next-generation analytics and AI capabilities for an enterprise financial services platform.

 

You'll work with modern cloud technologies and collaborate with architects, product teams, and engineers to deliver reliable, production-grade data solutions.

What You'll Do

  • Build scalable ETL and ELT pipelines
  • Develop CDC pipelines using Debezium or similar technologies
  • Design event-driven architectures using Kafka
  • Build canonical data models
  • Develop Iceberg-based data solutions
  • Optimize large-scale data processing
  • Partner with engineering and product teams
  • Improve platform performance and reliability

Required Experience

  • 6+ years of Data Engineering experience
  • Strong SQL
  • Kafka
  • Spark
  • CDC
  • AWS
  • Iceberg or Lakehouse technologies
  • Data modeling
  • Performance optimization
