Digital Media Solutions, an Inc. 500 performance marketing company, is seeking a Junior Affiliate Manager to join its suburban Philadelphia team. The Junior Affiliate Manager will help expand and manage the company’s growing third party relationships. This person is poised, professional, and can partner with internal teams, as well as work closely with external partners. The Junior Affiliate Manager is responsible for the success of new campaigns. It is the responsibility of the Junior Affiliate Manager to recommend the ideal marketing mix to campaigns, including but not limited to display, email, etc.

- 4 year degree required; preferably Marketing or Communications
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel


Principal Responsibilities:

·         Build and manage external partner network

·         Maintaining client files, executive summaries and important documentations for internal records

·         Ensuring effective and transparent communication

·         Handling budgets, campaign creative, invoicing, etc.

·         Preparing publisher reports and analysis on a regular basis

·         Arranging and attending client and internal meetings

·         Build client relationships and maintain the overall customer satisfaction and profitability

·         Investigate, track and resolve customer and client concerns

·         Manage the day-to-day operation of the account

·         Take ownership of work flow, schedules, and budgets

·         Manage internal and external correspondence (client communication, meeting reports, documentation of verbal agreements, etc.)

·         Manages timely delivery of work and materials to/from internal stakeholders and client

·         Salary: Dependent upon level of experience
