Temporary Seattle Churchome Experience Project Manager

ABOUT THIS ROLE
The Temporary Churchome Experience Project Manager will serve as an integral part of the Seattle Ministry Team by focusing on maximizing our systems to facilitate CH Experiences in the Seattle area. Collaborating with the CH Experience Host to facilitate effective and efficient Experiences. The Churchome Experience Project Manager will facilitate communication with Weekly Service Hosts, Volunteers, Venues and Vendors required to facilitate the Experience. This administrative, and pastoral thinker will work to equip and see growth at the CH Experiences as well as in the Weekly Services connected to each Experience. This person should be passionate about how Churchome’s community strategy can impact local communities while being committed to helping us scale our impact through strategic systems.
The Churchome Experience Project Manager for the Ministry team must be a forward-focused, team player with a faith-filled attitude. The role reports to the Executive Director of Ministry.
The Churchome Experience Project Manager will enable the Ministry Team toward its implementation of community strategy, based on the goal to be the best at telling the story of Jesus to the world, by performing the following responsibilities personally.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently manage, organize and automate systems to facilitate Churchome Experiences.
- Organize and deploy effective resources to support Churchome Experience Hosts, Weekly Service Hosts and Volunteers.
- Monitor and report on Churchome Experience progress.
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project deadlines.
- Manage feedback systems with hosts and present findings for decision making and planning.
- Organize data, curate detailed reports, and help assist teams in making data informed decisions.
- Coordinate the scheduling of meetings, preparing meetings/agendas, taking notes and distributing follow up actions.
- Churchome may also assign other duties or responsibilities, in its sole discretion.
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
- Combination of education and experience:
- Three (3) + years of relevant work experience.
- Strong Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and presentation communication skills.
- Confidentiality and discretion.
- Ability to proactively identify problems and build strategic solutions to solve problems.
- Flexible in supporting the other team members on a wide variety of administrative duties.
- Team player with ability to work cross-functionally and drive organizational excellence.
- Subject matter expert in the use and application of the most current enterprise technologies used in the industry including GSuite, Salesforce, Slack, Asana.
- Project management certified preferred.
