We are a small, fast-growing company driven by purpose, innovation, and precision—and we’re looking for a proactive Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our Broomfield, CO team.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative individual who enjoys dynamic environments and excels in organizing complex workflows across order processing, sales coordination, and administrative functions. You’ll play a vital role in delivering a seamless experience to both our customers and internal teams.
Primary Responsibilities
Order Processing & Sales Operations
- Promptly verify product availability. Process incoming orders from staff and direct customer contacts—ensure accuracy in pricing, quantities, item specs, and order entry. Ensure that customer and product details are entered correctly into the system at the time of order creation.
- Maintain and manage customer files, contracts, and documentation related to pricing and product specifications.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely fulfillment, accurate shipments, and transparent communication on delays or backorders.
- Generate and distribute order forms and quotes; track orders through completion.
- Support sales operations by helping with forecasting, sales documentation, and updating relevant KPIs and tracking tools.
- Provide product availability updates and pricing support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ownership of order shipping:
- All address details must be verified and double-checked for accuracy, ensuring that street names, postal codes, and other essential delivery information are complete and correct.
- Tracking numbers must be correctly linked to the right orders, allowing both customers and the business to track shipments without confusion.
- All required shipping information (including carrier details, special handling instructions, or customs data) is included in the correct format for seamless delivery.
- Provide customers with real-time updates on order status (processing, dispatched, out for delivery) to maintain transparency and reduce anxiety about delays.
- Other duties as assigned.
Customer Service & Support
- Approach customer needs with empathy and solution-oriented thinking.
- Troubleshoot customer issues (e.g., billing, orders, shipment) and coordinate internal resolution across departments.
- Log and document all customer communications, issues, and resolutions for accountability and transparency.
- Be the friendly and informed liaison between Point Designs and its customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
Administrative & Office Support
- Manage general administrative duties including filing, document preparation, scanning, and recordkeeping.
- Support internal meetings by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and ensuring follow-ups are tracked.
- Schedule team travel and maintain internal calendars.
- Help maintain office organization, supplies, and basic facility needs (e.g., vendor coordination, maintenance scheduling).
- Training on internal systems and processes will be provided as needed.

Who You Are

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
- Familiar with CRM systems, inventory management platforms, and basic sales documentation processes.
- Exceptional ability to prioritize multiple, competing projects effectively and consistently, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
- Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
- Clear, professional communicator—both written and verbal.
- Skilled analytical problem solver with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues before they escalate.
Able to take initiative and contribute both independently and collaboratively.
What We Offer
- Compensation: $22.58–$33.87/hour ($46,969–$70,453/year), depending on experience

Work Schedule & Location
- Location: On-site at our Broomfield, CO office
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
