What you’ll do:
We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to join our growing team and serve as the technical lead for onboarding and implementing our SaaS platform with new customers. This role is critical to our customer journey—responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful handoff from Sales, leading discovery, and guiding each client through technical implementation, configuration, and launch. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, designing tailored solutions that align with each customer’s needs and existing systems, while coordinating cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship post-sale from a technical perspective, acting as the lead architect during onboarding and implementation
- Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand the customer’s current environment, workflows, technical constraints, and goals
- Design tailored implementation plans and technical solutions that align with customer needs and our product capabilities
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to ensure timely and effective implementations
- Lead customer-facing configuration, data migration, integrations, and testing activities
- Provide documentation and guidance to internal teams and customers throughout the onboarding lifecycle
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and escalate when needed, ensuring clear communication and resolution
- Serve as a voice of the customer internally, surfacing product improvement opportunities based on real-world implementation feedback
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Solutions Architect, Implementation Consultant, Pre/Post-Sales Engineer) at a SaaS company
- Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, APIs, integrations, and data workflows
- Excellent discovery, communication, and interpersonal skills—you can quickly build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to break down complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer teams
- Comfortable managing multiple implementations in parallel with strong organizational and project management skills
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS) or enterprise IT environments
- Prior experience with tools like Jira, HubSpot, or Salesforce
- Project management or technical certifications (PMP, CSM, AWS Solutions Architect) are a plus
