BARBRI Global is seeking a creative, strategic, and visionary individual who is interested in an opportunity to work within a world-class marketing department.  The Website Manager will develop and execute a strategy for the organization’s web platforms that includes driving business objectives and increasing brand awareness on a national and international level.  

As the Website Manager, you will be the primary owner of the BARBRI Global websites.  This includes design, execution, and maintenance of all sites, conversion rate optimization, testing, user experience, and navigation of BARBRI websites as well as co-owning content management and messaging with the appropriate business unit.  You will also manage all development tasks with the help of contractors.

The person should have a proficient understanding of emerging digital trends and be able to contribute to the strategy and revenue-building goals set for the business units.

Essential Functions of the role:
  • Manage website content across multiple businesses - ensuring accurate and optimal images/videos, copy, messaging, layout, promotions, navigation, user experience, SEO, and website performance.
    • The messaging and content will be collaborative with the help of the business unit marketing team
  • Design websites, landing pages, and other forms in collaboration with agencies and business units
  • Manage website testing, change implementation, and administration of website content, which currently runs on WordPress.
  • Responsible for all elements of website changes, including updates, plugin management, planning, selection, implementation, and measurement.
  • Create landing pages in HubSpot focused on lead generation
  • Help build lead gen strategy including forms, content, popups, animations, etc
  • Continually optimize and improve user experience, site content, navigation, engagement, and overall site performance.
  • Create, manage, and optimize A/B tests, to measure and improve content effectiveness, & conversion rate optimization based on analytics.
  • Work closely with the online marketing team to optimize the traffic coming to the site from various marketing channels (paid search, email, social, organic/direct, etc).
  • Work collaboratively with the UX designer to analyze performance and determine necessary design modifications/tests to improve UX and conversion funnels.
  • Maintain knowledge of current web technologies. Stay on top of the latest digital technologies and web trends.
  • Work with the SEO team to implement best practices and other SEO recommendations.
  • Build and launch new websites using WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS systems.
  • Able to create WordPress websites from scratch. Knowledgeable on the latest WordPress trends and able to take requirements and execute them while understanding pros, cons, and risks associated with plugins, themes, and other WordPress customizations.

    Required Skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in web design, digital communications, graphic design, or other related field required.
    • Minimum of three (3) years experience managing the website presence of a national brand, product, or equivalent experience.
    • Proficient in WordPress (all sites are built in WordPress), WooCommerce, Shopify, and Hubspot
    • Proficient in Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Google Analytics
    • Proficient in web design and graphic design principles 
    • Excellent organizational, written, interpersonal, and verbal skills.
    • Interest, experience, and ability to negotiate with vendors and partners.
    • Proven leadership abilities and skills.
    • Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle multiple assignments.
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Calendar.
    • Must be able to fluently speak, read, and write the English language.
