As Media Supervisor you will help create paid media solutions that drive business results for our clients. You will lead the implementation and management of omnichannel media campaigns and tactics. You will collaborate with the Media Director to elevate and grow the media discipline within our agency.

This is a supervisory position, which emphasizes strategic leadership, mentorship of media associates, and flawless execution, with an opportunity for growth and leadership within a business-centered media environment.

  • Marketing Discipline: Must understand marketing channels & activations (beyond digital media), and how they connect together.
  • Detailed & solutions-minded. Be detail-oriented, organized, able to multitask, and work well under pressure solving problems and getting things that perform completed.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Plan & Optimize Campaigns – Develop and present media plan recommendations, monthly performance reporting and optimizations to key clients.
  • Manage Media – Oversee all aspects of campaign execution, from campaign set-up, to reporting and optimization.
  • Digital Acumen – Lead paid strategies in a variety of platforms (paid social, programmatic, paid search, endemic) and oversee implementation and optimization in platform where appropriate.
  • Mentor Team Members – Help manage and grow junior media team members.  
  • Manage Media Vendors – Maintain and develop relationships with media vendors to stay abreast of emerging opportunities that benefit clients and the agency. Coordinate RFP solicitation and develop insertion orders.
  • Manage Projects – Document media activities in agency project management platform, save files to the server and manage your duties in a timely fashion.
  • Collaborate & Present – Work closely with colleagues (senior and junior) throughout the agency for key projects/clients, providing paid media perspectives and representing the interests of media as a discipline. This may include client meetings, new business meetings and internal working sessions.  

 

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years in digital media management and planning
  • Experience and familiarity with implementing paid social campaigns required.
  • Digital ad certifications, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Analytics, Google Ads, is a plus.
  • Experience working in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
  • Supervisory experience – directly or indirectly overseeing the organization and work of another employee.
