As a member of the Media team, you will support paid media solutions that drive business results for our clients. You will implement and manage omni-channel media campaigns and tactics. At the same time, you will build a foundation in media planning, business, industry, and marketing as it relates to both our clients and the agency. 


This is an entry-level position, which emphasizes flawless execution and provides exposure to all aspects of media including strategy, planning, execution, and optimization.




Digital Media: Strong interest in and familiarity with digital media channels

Be Curious, Think Critically & Connect Dots: Demonstrate understanding of business / exposure / engagement / media challenges. Be proactive (and flexible) in helping to optimize or improve targeting, sequencing, and bidding strategies—essentially any parameter that can drive or influence success.

Financial / Statistical Acumen: Demonstrate a baseline understanding of money, metrics, data, and an aptitude/interest in optimizing performance.

Marketing Discipline: Expand your understanding of the broader set of marketing channels & activations (beyond digital media), and how they connect and/or work in conjunction with each other.



Media Management – Organize and be responsible for campaign setup and management across a variety of vendors and platforms. This includes space reservations, insertion orders, generation ad specs, trafficking creative, monitoring campaign pacing, invoice processing, etc. 

Social Management/Implementation  Manage and implement social ads within Campaign Management tools. Work with team to identify optimization opportunities. Assist in pulling and compiling monthly reporting.

Vendor Management – Develop relationships with relevant media vendors to stay abreast of emerging opportunities for benefit of our clients and the agency. Coordinate RFP solicitation and develop insertion orders. 

Project Management  Document media activities in agency project management platform. Organize and maintain all media documentation including authorizations, media plans, IOs, contracts, etc.

Collaboration Work closely with senior colleagues for key projects/clients. This often looks like managing up, and helping to keep fellow teammates organized and prepared for client-facing communications.



• Experience and familiarity with implementing paid social campaigns required

• Digital ad certifications, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Google Analytics, Google Ads, is a plus.
