Job Title: Comprehensive Campaign Coordinator 

Position Summary:

The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research (“the Foundation”) is seeking top talent for its Comprehensive Campaign Coordinator position.  This position will play a critical role in supporting all aspects of the Foundation’s five-year multi-billion comprehensive campaign. Reporting to the VP, Head of the MJFF Comprehensive Campaign, this individual will be a key internal liaison throughout the entire campaign. This position requires strong project management skills; experience in fundraising and donor stewardship is highly valued.   

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:  

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Comprehensive Campaign team 

  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and briefing documents for leadership, volunteers, and key stakeholders 

  • Coordinate agendas and materials for campaign committee meetings; track action items and deliverables to ensure timely follow-ups  

  • Manage and update top prospect lists in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, including relationship mapping and tags 

  • Support the execution of cultivation events by tracking outreach and engagement efforts for VIPs 

  • Collaborate with the Donor Relations team on stewardship processes and bespoke donor touchpoints 

  • Work closely with the Fundraising, Strategy & Operations team on reporting, contact list pulls, and data visualizations in DOMO (analytics dashboard) 

  • Coordinate and distribute campaign progress updates to all staff; track/respond to internal virtual suggestion box submissions 

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed 

Qualifications and Skills:  

  • Knowledge in providing administrative or project support, ideally within a non-profit, fundraising, or campaign environment  

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail  

  • Excellent collaboration skills with a demonstrated ability to work across departments  

  • Flexibility and adaptability in supporting a range of tasks, including time-sensitive or last-minute requests 

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) 

  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM databases preferred  

  • Familiarity with donor stewardship practices and processes is a plus 

Salary and Benefits: 

The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000.  In addition to salary, The Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research offers a comprehensive benefits package, including:
