JOB SUMMARY:

As a Fitting Room Experience Attendant, you will contribute towards the sales goals of Century21 NYC with optimal guest service and operational integrity. You are responsible for creating a welcoming and organized environment, providing attentive support, and ensuring a seamless transition for guests from the sales floor to the fitting room. By cautiously managing merchandise flow and conducting accurate item counts, you play a vital role in managing the inventory that enters and exits the fitting room. Working in close partnership with management and loss prevention, you will uphold Century 21’s high standards of professionalism by resolving guest inquiries and maintaining the AMAZE standards of Century 21 NYC.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure every guest is greeted and acknowledged upon entering the fitting room.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by regularly sweeping and clearing out empty stalls.
  • Walk guests to available stalls and ensure cleanliness before entry.
  • Accurately count all merchandise brought into the fitting rooms, and count them out upon exiting, reporting any missing items, tags, or sensors.
  • Protect assets by partnering with management and loss prevention if any fitting room policies are breached.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrate strong verbal communication, listening, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Must be able to build partnerships with all levels of management
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 10-15 lbs
  • Must have a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Previous fitting room experience preferred.
