***This role is located in Gainesville, Florida. Our team works in-office Tuesday-Thursday and remotely Monday & Friday. If you are not local to the Gainesville area, we provide relocation assistance. Frankel is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.***
This role is a client-facing member of our digital marketing team responsible for developing and implementing digital campaigns for clients and the agency.
Frankel serves a diverse group of clients - from higher education to trucking to financial services…and more! - so you’ll need to be able to apply your knowledge across multiple verticals day-to-day. You’ll prepare client proposals for all digital services and directly manage the strategy development and tactical implementation of lead generation and brand awareness campaigns.
We’re looking for someone with extensive paid ads and search engine optimization experience. Client service experience is also a must.

Responsibilities
Google Ads Planning, Setup, and Management: Must be highly skilled at setting up campaigns, tracking, and reporting.
Develop client-facing digital marketing strategies + writes client proposals for new digital services.
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings. Work with the web development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.
Develop and implement link building strategy.
Set up and manage workflows and marketing automation in HubSpot.
Serve as the primary contact and subject-matter expert for paid ads platforms, SEO and HubSpot email marketing.
Ensure all campaigns have structured conversion tracking set-up (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) for reporting purposes.
Participate and present in new business pitches, client meetings, and internal meetings.
Generate weekly/monthly reporting with key insights on what’s working, what we’ve changed, and recommendations to improve campaign performance.
Requirements
Proven SEO experience
Expert in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager
Strong HubSpot and marketing automation experience is highly desirable
Up-to-date with best practices in SEO and PPC
Strong presentation and public speaking skills, and comfort presenting to all levels within an organization, from C-level to associates.
