Key Responsibilities:
Oversee warehouse operations, including project fabrication, inventory management, and equipment maintenance
Ensure compliance with all safety requirements to maintain a secure work environment
Analyze work orders to estimate worker hours and create production schedules that cater to internal and external needs
Coordinate production schedules with department leads
Collaborate with staff and vendors to meet customer deadlines
Inspect contract manufacturing items for accuracy and quality before delivery or pick-up
Develop and implement strategies to enhance production methods, equipment performance, and product quality
Possess installation and technical skills, including assembling, testing, and troubleshooting computers, audio/video equipment, and structural equipment
Handle shipping and receiving tasks
Operate forklifts and supervise forklift operators
Vendor and Subcontractor Management:
Identify and work with suitable vendors and subcontractors for raw materials, merchandise, and services, focusing primarily on those identified during the estimating and bidding phase
Monitor vendors and subcontractors for adherence to quality, cost, and schedule requirements

Lead the implementation of tactics to improve on-time delivery, yield, scrap reduction, and productivity

Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management, steel fabrication, event production, personnel management, stage production, and installation of related equipment
Familiarity with welding procedures and various heavy equipment found in a fabrication shop
Knowledge of integrated technologies and sensitive electronic equipment
Strong computer, oral and written communication, and math skills
Attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to uncertainty
Experience operating box trucks, 14’, 18', and 26’ trailers tow behind
