OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

 

Position Overview

Join the Center for the Rights of Abused Children as an Operations Coordinator, where your attention to detail and proactive approach will be pivotal in maintaining the seamless operation of our organization. This multifaceted role encompasses financial oversight, human resources management, operations coordination, and development support. Collaborate closely with diverse teams and partners to enhance efficiency and contribute to the organization's growth.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Accounting and Finance

  • Oversee the donation process, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation.
  • Implement and manage an efficient expense reporting system.
  • Process bills and maintain effective cash flow management.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Director and Director of Accounting to address financial needs.

 

Human Resources

  • Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain meticulous personnel records.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

 

Operations

  • Oversee vendor contracts and facilitate renewals.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to enhance team efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison with partners and vendors.

 

Development

  • Assist in fundraising and development activities, including donor management and grant proposal coordination.
  • Collaborate with the development team to organize fundraising events and campaigns.
  • Maintain donor databases and provide support for donor communications.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting, finance, human resources, operations, and development within a non-profit setting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with database systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
