Position Overview 

Join the Center for the Rights of Abused Children as our Office & Executive Operations Manager, where you will serve as the organizational heartbeat of our Phoenix headquarters. We are seeking a tech-forward, proactive professional who is eager to use AI and streamlined processes to ensure our team operates at maximum efficiency in service of protecting abused children. This role is critical for our foundational stability as we scale our impact nationwide.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Infrastructure & AI Optimization: Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and implement AI tools and automated processes to maximize team productivity and effectiveness.
  • Office Move Leadership: Act as the primary project manager for our physical office relocation in Spring 2026, managing the logistics to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative assistance to the CEO and Executive Director to protect their time for strategic growth and leadership.
  • Financial Administration: Lead the donation recording process, manage expense reports, and perform monthly reconciliations in partnership with our Fractional CFO and Accountant to ensure meticulous financial oversight.
  • IT & Operations Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for our IT Partner and other operational vendors to ensure seamless technology, facility performance, and organizational efficiency.
  • Hospitality & Events: Utilize event knowledge to host board members, donors, and VIP guests in our office with the highest level of professionalism, ensuring all interactions reflect the Center’s commitment to excellence.
