Award-winning legal advocacy organization for abused children seeks constitutional litigator to establish a nationwide jurisprudence of children’s rights.
The Center for the Rights of Abused Children is expanding and seeks an entrepreneurial and creative attorney to litigate cutting-edge constitutional cases, in both state and federal courts, to secure the constitutional rights of abused, abandoned, and neglected children. Experience in civil litigation is a must and familiarity with child welfare and foster care dependency legal matters is helpful, but not required. The position requires a willingness to travel and litigate cases across the country. Remote work is available for attorneys with the right skills and experience. The Center allows for flexible work schedules in a foster and family friendly environment.
