Wisetek is hiring a Quality Engineer .

The role could be based in Northborough, MA, Sacramento CA, or Winchester VA.

 

Job Purpose and Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible implement quality programs, corrective actions and tracking metrics:

·              Collaborate with Department leaders on the application of appropriate Quality standards throughout company operations and ensure that process controls are complaint with clients and regulatory requirements.

·              Drive a Quality culture within the Organization to continuously improve Quality assurance metrics, prepare Quality documentation and reports, conducts continuous reviews of Process documentation and collaborate with Compliance manager and Operations to ensure documentation and training are always aligned.

·              Perform Quality Training

·              Coordinate Internal Audits

·              Manage Corrective / Preventive Action plans

·              Develop and Communicate Quality Plans

·              Gather and analyze Quality performance metrics; manage Quality Metrics and the Company Quality Management System

·              Act as the Quality Assurance representative with Clients, Suppliers, Auditors and regulatory agencies.

 

Requirements

·        BS degree in Engineering or Technical field is preferred

·        Experience on Manufacturing, Reverse Logistics, EMS or related field is desired

           Recent graduates will be considered

·        Self-Organized, Self-Managed and Self motivated

·        Experience on CAR / CAPA / 8D and related Quality Assurance methodologies is desired

·        Experience on ISO Certification / Requirements is desired

·        R2, e-Stewards and OSHA 18001 Certification is a plus

·        Ability to travel internationally and domestically
