Essential Functions

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SaaS Account Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities with healthcare organizations, including health plans, health systems, clinics, community-based organizations, and digital healthps. This is a quota-carrying sales position that requires a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and digital health technology.


Responsibilities

  • Works with leadership to determine strategic business development goals

  • Helps design and execute the sales plan to drive revenue and reduce churn

  • Identify and prospect potential customers in the healthcare industry, leveraging existing networks and tools such as LinkedIn, industry associations, and other sources

  • Conducts discovery calls and product demonstrations to educate prospects on our digital health platform and how it can improve patient outcomes and reduce costs

  • Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of relevant healthcare trends, priorities, and challenges, in addition to how Pear Suite aligns and supports these opportunities 

  • Completes all sales meeting preparation and follow-up in an effective and timely manner

  • Manages the sales process from lead generation to close, including negotiating contracts and pricing with customers.

  • Assists with marketing strategies across various channels

  • Meets or exceeds designated short term and long-term sales goals


Requirements

  • Familiarity with the needs and interests of ideal customer personas

  • Strong understanding of digital health technology and the healthcare industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage a complex sales process, from lead generation to close, including negotiating contracts and pricing.

  • Excellent communication skills, including by email, video conference, and phone

  • Strong computer skills; ability to learn and operate web-based systems effectively

  • Confidentiality when dealing with confidential matters or sensitive subjects

  • Comfortable with customer relationship management (CRM) systems, primarily HubSpot

  • Develop strong professional relationships to increase partnerships and referrals

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
