Magnifi U is seeking an experienced and well-rounded full-time Multimedia Designer to join our rapidly growing team! The creative team supports our internal content and course creation, and overall branding initiatives. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker, visual storyteller, and detail-oriented illustrator and motion designer, who can bring ideas to life in new and inspiring ways.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ability to clearly communicate and art direct ideas through 2D visual storyboards for video content from video scripts
- Crafts illustrations, infographics, and other digital graphics that support the content and seamlessly connect back to our courses.
- Communicates, collaborates, and provides feedback to our 2D animation and copywriting teams
- Supports, creates, and builds our brand's visual asset library and language that helps support communications and connections with our audiences
- Ideates, sketches, storyboards and generates new concepts quickly based on scripts and storytelling objectives
- Ability to manage multiple design projects while delivering high quality design solutions that are thorough, on-strategy and time
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Motion Design, Illustration or comparable
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Portfolio that’s showcases an understanding comparable to the responsibilities listed above
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Strong story telling skills
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, and Photoshop

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
• Graphic Design Experience/Interest
• Experience with Video production a plus
• 3D/Interior Design interest and experience
