On Boarding Activities- To arrange work place for new employee covering Laptop asignment as directed by HR dept, Access Card, ID Card.
Housekeeping - Scheduling the Daily/Weekly/Monthly Activities for housekeeping agencies
Inventory - To maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
General Administration coering - Prepare Housekeeping staff Roaster, Coordinating with payroll dept in regards to salary, Physical verification of assets and Inward/Outward management
Delegates Management Ensure clients and guests are properly greeted upon their arrival
