About the Job
Nexant is seeking a highly motivated, project management professional who is skilled at keeping projects on task, meeting deadlines, and possesses strong written and verbal communication skills. This individual should be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Marketing/sales experience is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provides detailed project management and professional communication with key contacts as needed
  • Develops and implements projects
  • Supports account executive activities including: management of day-to-day administrative tasks; creates/tracks deadlines, progress, and reports; plans meetings; prepares agendas; prepares and reviews quotes/specs
  • Fields and processes internal requests
  • Delivers customer service support on behalf of account executive
  • Maintains a high level of awareness of client activities
  • Strengths: Highly detail oriented; strong communication (verbal and written); excellent organizational abilities; numbers/budget/time manage
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree (BBA, BA, or BS) in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism or related field or equivalent experience required
  • 1-3 years of administrative/sales/marketing experience
  • Energy efficiency industry experience a plus
  • Ability to edits, proof, fact check, and coordinate projects for a variety of marketing communications
  • Must be a self-starter, highly organized and have strong attention to detail
  • Must have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Expert knowledge of and expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint (Office 2010)
  • Experience with Excel
