We are seeking a detail-oriented data specialist to perform a variety of reporting, Quality Control, and Data Analytics activities for the Demand Management – Implementation Support group in our Salt Lake City, UT office. The person hired would work as a team member to complete daily, weekly and monthly team goals. The shift can start anywhere between 9am and 11:30am. This is a Grade 11.0 position.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for internal and external clients.

• Assist with report creation and data analytics for various programs

• Assist with internal Business Process performance reporting

• Assist with quality control activities related to incentive batches and reports

• Assist with daily client invoicing

• Track and perform reconciliation activities for check information, by program

• Constantly seek to improve charting, data reporting, and data collection functions

• Call monitoring duties will be assigned weekly.

• Accept additional duties as assigned


Qualifications:

Skills:

• Sharp memory

• Accuracy

• Data entry/processing experience preferred

• Call Center Experience is helpful

• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 2010 Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word

• Superior organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills are required

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with clients and all levels of internal employees

• Self-motivation and exceptional follow-through skills are a must

• Ability to work through difficult tasks in a professional manner

• Must be able to pass a criminal and financial background screening.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
