About the Job
The Oracle Application Developer is responsible for the analysis, design, development of reports in Finance, Projects and HR modules within the Oracle Fusion Applications. He/she will lead and mentor group of developers with end-to-end responsibilities for developing and maintaining a scalable solution while adhering to best practices. The ideal candidate must possess high-level of communication skills as they will be expected to interact with both business and technical resources. This person will report to the Sr. Director of IT.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop Oracle reports as per the business requirements
• Work with Business users and Functional team members to understand the reporting requirements
• Provides Oracle applications technical and functional support
• Performs data analysis, coding, testing, QA, documentation, integration and maintenance of applications
• Performs requirements gathering/analysis, support, maintains and enhances existing reports
• Performs design activities that requires extensive research and analysis.
• Ability to synthesize information quickly at a high level and makes decisions in ambiguous situations
• Ability to recognize matters of urgency and know when to escalate effort
• Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and analytical skills
• Ability to pay strong attention to detail, have a strong customer focus, and collaborate and function effectively in a team environment and independently on complex problems
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• A Master’s degree in Information Technology or similar
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing reports in Oracle Financials applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, EBTax, Projects/Contracts, Timesheet, Expenses, Purchasing and Human Resources
• Oracle Fusion Cloud experience in at least one or more of these modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Procurement, Expenses and Enterprise Projects and Contracts
• Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
• Functional professional experience with 2+ ERP Financials implementations (Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle 11i/R12)
• Experience as a technical resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 1 Oracle ERP Cloud project Release 10 or later
• Strong SQL and PL/SQL coding skills and hands on experience in developing RICEW enhancements (BI Publisher reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Oracle Workflow, Oracle Application Framework (OAF), and Oracle Forms)
• Hands-on experience with Toad, SQL Developer, BI Reporting, WINSCP, Putty and other development tools
