About the Job

The Oracle Finance Functional Analyst position reports to Director of IT, translates business needs into technical requirements for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems or processes and ensures all solutions support and confirm to business needs and specifications. The Finance Functional Analyst acts as a liaison between corporate business systems users and IT development teams.


Duties and Responsibilities

• Works within an engagement team and is responsible for identifying business requirements, requirements management, functional design, prototyping, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations.

• Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

• A Bachelors and/or a Master’s degree or equivalent

• Functional professional experience with 2+ ERP Financials implementations (Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle 11i/R12).

• Experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 1 Oracle ERP Cloud project

• A minimum of 5 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle Financials applications such as: General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, EBTax, Projects, Timesheet, Expenses, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Invoice modules

• Oracle ERP Cloud experience in at least one or more of these modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Management, Procurement, Expenses and Enterprise Projects and Contracts

• Hands-on experience with ERP Cloud Release 10 or later

• A senior team member, team lead or Project Manager on at least 1 full cycle implementation

• Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training.

• Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
