We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Data Specialist to perform a variety of programming, reporting, training, and Systems Design and Integrity activities for the Utility Services-Business Processing group in our Salt Lake City, UT office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with performing report creation various programs
- Assist with program assembly and/or updates in DSMC
- Assist with programming outbound surveys in Qualtrics
- Assist with programming outbound call campaigns in WinCati
- Assist with phone queue management
- Responsible for on-boarding of new employees into Business Process
- Responsible for creating new and maintaining existing user credentials within Business Processing systems of record
- Responsible for routine maintenance of Business Processing systems of record
- Primary resource for all user acceptance testing
- Accept additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred or a minimum of two years’ college coursework completed
- A minimum of two years’ work experience or schooling in IT or Database management
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- Superior organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills are required
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills with clients and all levels of internal employees
- Self-motivation and exceptional follow-through skills are a must
- Ability to work through difficult tasks in a professional manner
- Must be able to pass a criminal and financial background screening
- Basic understanding of mathematical modeling and statistics.
