About the Job

We are seeking a detail-oriented data specialist to perform Quality Assurance and Data Analytics activities for the Demand Management – Implementation Support group in our Salt Lake City, UT office.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Primary coordinator for Quality Assurance Call Monitoring Program
  • Evaluation and Calibration scheduling for Call Monitoring Program
  • Coordinate call monitoring scoring metrics and feedback follow up
  • Assist with report creation and data analytics for various programs
  • Assist with internal Business Process performance reporting
  • Assist with quality control activities related to incentive batches, reports, and call monitoring
  • Track and perform reconciliation activities for check information, by program
  • Constantly seek to improve charting, data reporting, and data collection functions
  • Accept additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of work experience with data input or in a call center
  • Sharp memory and accuracy
  • Ability to focus on the task at hand when required
  • Ability to multitask when required
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 2010 Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word - BPU Excel Bronze or Silver certification a plus
  • Superior organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills are required
  • Self-motivation and exceptional follow-through skills are a must
  • Ability to work through difficult tasks in a professional manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality and protect personal information relating to performance KPIs
  • Must be able to pass a criminal and financial background screening.
