The Salt Lake City, UT office is seeking a Business Process Coordinator:

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily administration of Business Process activities for 1-4 programs
  • Working with the Operations Manager to ensure required production hours are achieved each day
  • Oversee quality metrics for supported including At-Risk Assessment and Quality Control scoring
  • Monitor and coach on production effectiveness (per hour)
  • Participate in production and customer service activities for supported programs. This includes 50% time spent in production and/or customer service environment (processing applications, taking telephone calls)
  • Create and review batch documents for selected programs
  • Ensure all applications in batch have received proper quality control
  • Ensuring high incentive applications have received proper quality control
  • Verification that alternate payees are appropriate and include required documentation
  • Identification and verification of duplicates in a batch (and removal if duplicates are found
  • Verification that incentive amounts/ratios are accurate for all measures included in each batch
  • Creation of batch documents, including equipment summary, invoice, batch email
  • Provide program specific training for supported programs, including review of policy/procedure training with each representative
  • Provide changes to scripting/processing identified by Operations Manager and/or Delivery Manager
  • Provide daily leadership and coaching on representative performance
  • Engage in team building activities to help representatives understand, embrace and achieve key performance indicators.
  • Provide continuous improvement suggestions to Operations Manager.


Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalency required
  • 6 months of work experience, preferably in customer service management
  • Coaching and/or training
  • Leadership experience
  • Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills with all level of customers and company employees

  • Must be willing to submit and pass a background check and drug test
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred
