About the Job:
Nexant is seeking a detail-oriented Data Specialist (Sr. Data Specialist) to perform a variety of reporting, Quality Control, and Data Analytics activities for the Demand Management – Implementation Support group in our Salt Lake City, UT office. The ideal candidate is a strong team player with an eye for accuracy, and has the ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Deliver Daily, Weekly and Monthly reports for internal and external clients.
• Assist with report creation and data analytics for various programs.
• Assist with internal Business Process performance reporting.
• Assist with quality control activities related to incentive batches and reports.
• Assist with daily client invoicing.
• Gather information from various sources and interpret patterns and trends.
• Track and perform reconciliation activities for check information, by program.
• Consistently seeks to improve charting, data reporting, and data collection functions.
• Assist with call monitoring duties which are assigned weekly.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Data entry/processing in a call center experience preferred.
• Tech savvy with demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 2010 Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word.
• Achieves thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing all tasks.
• Superior organizational and prioritization skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills with clients and all levels of internal employees.
• Self-motivation and exceptional follow-through skills are a must.
• Ability to work through difficult tasks in a fast paced environment in a professional manner.
• Must be able to pass a criminal and financial background screening.
