About the Job:
Nexant seeks a Business Process Administrator to join the Business Processing team in Salt Lake City, UT to support the continuous improvement of energy efficiency program implementation – as related to application processing and customer service – through:
1. Managing new utility client onboarding,
2. Driving program remediation and innovation initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary point of contact with internal and external clients
• Builds and enacts project plans to ensure satisfaction of clients (internal and external)
• Identify client needs and translate those needs into plans for delivery
• Expertly facilitate client-facing meetings including agendas, meeting facilitation and top notch follow up materials
• Coordinates all communications/meetings regarding various programs with Project Managers and key Business Process staff
• Tracks and ensures deadlines are met on all program initiatives, improvements, and remediation plans
• Conducts bi-monthly satisfaction assessments with Project Managers and Project Administrators to identify opportunities for improvement
• Confidently handle client escalations externally, and swiftly and effectively coordinate resolution internally
• Works with peers to allocate appropriate resources for initiatives
• Facilitates internal resources and activity necessary to effectively deliver tangible results for clients
• Acts as liaison between Nexant Business Process unit, Internal Program Managers, and External Clients
• Conducts process improvement and standardization for new and existing clients
• Responsible for achievement of any/all transition plans (new work) into Business Process
• Responsible for achievement of any/all transition plans (Expiring work) into Business Process
• Support senior staff with development of presentations, papers and proposals
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or transition management
• Experience or strong interest in energy efficiency and sustainability field highly desired
• Demonstrated ability to build, track, and implement project plans
• Demonstrated ability to manage and effectively prioritize multiple tasks, actively preventing any “loss through the cracks”
• Proven ability to “read between the lines” – anticipating client needs, preventing client escalations, and capturing client needs even before they realize they exist.
• Must have a growth mindset and a problem solving orientation
• Extensive and proven skills in stakeholder facilitation
• Ability to guide the big picture at a project level, while also possessing flawless detail orientation at a client delivery level
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel and Visio
• Experience with various Project Management software is a plus
• Experience preparing draft reports detailing both qualitative and quantitative findings
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
• Must be able to pass a complete background test and drug screening
