The Nexant Business Processing Technology team’s goal is to increase the efficiency, speed, and quality of application processing while providing an exceptional customer experience. We work to configure and maintain instances of Nexant’s iEnergy/DSM Central, which is used by our Data Specialists to process applications and provides a front end for consumers to apply for rebates. Additionally, we support the ancillary systems that are used by the Business Processing group. We process demand side energy efficiency applications helping consumers and businesses reduce their carbon footprint. We are seeking a Knowledge Analyst to help us craft a knowledge culture. We want to capturing knowledge to help standardize processes, reduce onboarding time, and avoid duplicating efforts in work. You will be working for the DevOps department in Utility Services and Rebate Processing group in our Murray, UT office.

Duties and Responsibilities:

                    Interview and understand user needs, problems, and concerns and create strategies to build content.

                    Communicate change management strategies and enforce policy adherence.

                    Oversee content strategy, content schedules and business requirements gathering.

                    Internally advocate for and market knowledge tools and obtain buy-in and increased usage.

Qualifications:

                   6  years of work experience, Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of work experience, or a combination of education and work experience technical writing, knowledge   management, knowledge base engineering, or similar field.

                    Must have an in-depth understanding and experience rolling out a knowledge management methodology; KCS certification is a plus.

                    Proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, G Suite, Adobe InDesign, or Adobe Acrobat. Examples will be required.

                    Ability to write technical documents. Examples will be required.

                    Fluent in both written and verbal English, as well as excellent communication skills with clients, contractors, and all levels of internal employees.
