About the Job

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Application Support Agent (Senior Specialist) to perform a variety of data entry, system controls, quality control and processing activities for a new Project Bulk Upload (PBU).  The ideal candidate should have experience with Excel, data entry, call centers and be sharp minded with incredible attention to detail. The position is located  in our Salt Lake City, UT office. 

Duties and Responsibilities:


·       Identify and learn appropriate software applications used to support the PBU process

·       Run and monitor software performance tests on new and existing programs for the purpose of correcting errors, isolating areas for improvement, and general debugging

·       Assist with innovating the PBU method of processing applications, which will drastically cut down on processing hours

·       Managing the reporting and tracking of applications from several clients.

·       Assist with new client implementation

·       Communicate application problems and issues to management and development team

·       Evaluates the application process for possible enhancement. Determines what report consolidation or elimination might be possible

·       Constantly improve and resolve issues related to application process

·       Backup for customer service, must be willing to take phone calls as needed

·       Accept additional duties as assigned.

 

 

Qualifications:

·       High School Diploma or equivalent required

o   Some College preferred (Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science or similar)

·       Detail-Oriented, sharp memory and accuracy skills

·       Data entry/processing experience

·       Call Center experience is helpful

·       Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 2010 Office programs, specifically Microsoft Excel, Word

·       Superior organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills are required

·       Excellent verbal and written communications skills with clients and all levels of internal employees

·       Self-motivation and exceptional follow-through skills are a must

·       Ability to work through difficult tasks in a professional manner

·       Must be able to pass a criminal and financial background screening.

 

 

Salary and Benefits (U.S.)
