About the Job

Nexant seeks a project analyst to join the Business Processing team in Salt Lake City, UT to work on the research design associated with energy efficiency program planning, delivery and evaluation with a focus on survey design, analysis, and report writing.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinates all communications/meetings regarding various programs with Project Managers and key Business Process staff
  • Tracks and ensures deadlines are met on all program initiatives, improvements, and remediation plans
  • Builds and enacts project plans to ensure satisfaction of clients (internal and external)
  • Conducts bi-monthly satisfaction assessments with Project Managers and Project Administrators to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Works with peers to allocate appropriate resources for initiatives
  • Responsible for achievement of any/all transition plans (new work) into Business Process
  • Responsible for achievement of any/all transition plans (Expiring work) into Business Process
  • Support senior staff with development of presentations, papers and proposals
  • Other duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree highly desired
  • 3+years of experience in project coordination, project management, or transition management
  • Demonstrated ability to build, track, and implement project plans
  • Experience in energy engineering, environmental policy or sustainability field a plus
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
  • Experience in Microsoft Project or other equivalent project management solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Experience preparing draft reports detailing both qualitative and quantitative findings
  • Excellent writing, communication, and computer skills are mandatory.


Supervision Received:

Direct task work from project managers
